Goody’s manufactures approximately 20 tons of chocolate a year. There are NO additives in Goody’s chocolates and they are gluten free. Chocolate is best stored at cool room temperatures (60-70), well wrapped to keep moisture out, and away from highly scented foods or aromatic products that might be absorbed by the chocolate. Chocolate is a stable product that does not require refrigeration. Ideally it should not be refrigerated as this will change the appearance of the chocolate.
Because Goody’s chocolates have no preservatives or waxes, we are unable to ship to places where the temperature is over 80 degrees.
We like to use local, fresh ingredients in our goodies as much as possible.
